Hex Hamlet Collection — 3 Cute 3D Hex Kits + Animated Heroes

The whole Hex Hamlet line in one package: three cute low-poly 3D hex kits that share one grid (a green medieval valley, a Nordic winter village and a Japanese cherry-blossom festival town) and the three rigged, animated heroes who live in them.

What's in it

• Hex Hamlet (45 models): grass, forest, fields, hills, mountains, roads and rivers, beaches for every shoreline, a whole medieval village (keep, tower, tavern, chapel, windmill, watermill, market, blacksmith, barn, mine, lumber camp, well, houses), dock and boat, trees and scatter
• Winter Hamlet (53 models): snow, tundra, frozen lakes and rivers, icy coasts, cliffs, log cabins, longhouses, stave church, jarl's hall, watchtower, palisade and gate, longship, bonfire, runestones, birch and pine; windows and embers glow
• Sakura Hamlet (51 models): machiya, tea house, pagoda, black castle keep with walls and gatehouse, shrine hall, festival stalls, rice terraces, koi pond, bamboo, arched bridges, torii, cherry trees; lanterns and paper windows glow
• Hex Heroes: Knight, Samurai and Nordic warrior (Unity Humanoid rigs), 9 gear pieces, 10 shared clips (idle, walk, run, block, cheer, three attacks, hit, death)

Demo scene
The Collection showcase builds one world from a seed: Hex Hamlet in the south, Winter in the north-west, Sakura in the north-east, each shore with its own kit's coast, and a village in each realm with its hero. Press R for a new random seed; the same seed always builds the same world. Keys 1–4 fly to the whole world or each village, Space makes the heroes cheer.

Already own one of the packs?
Every asset keeps its GUID from the stand-alone pack, so importing the Collection updates the pack you have in place instead of adding a second copy.

AI disclosure
The models, heroes, rigs, animations and textures were generated procedurally by Python build scripts in Blender; no image, 3D or motion generative model made any mesh, pixel or animation key. The build scripts and C# code were written with the help of an AI coding assistant and reviewed and tested by the publisher.
